I have a question about badges. Everyone who is initiated has the gold badge that's soooo beautiful and we are soooo proud to wear. I was just wondering whether or not your chapter had any policies when it came to ordering guards or dangles to put on your badge. Our chapter advisor told us we have to have a 3.0 GPA in order to order a guard but a lot of the sisters feel if we can pay for it then we should be able to buy it if we want. I don't have a 3.0... (I'm close with a 2.78) but I did have a 3.0 for a year (part of which was my pledge semester

) and I would like to order one.

Plus, I was VP PD and now I'm social chair and NPC Delegate so I want my dangles!!! I just wanted to see if anyone else had any other rules or anything about ordering these additions to our badge!!

We don't have any rules. Most of our girls I don't think even realize that you can order a dangle and a chapter/crest guard. I know when I got my chapter guard a lot of people were like "oooo" cool.

I would also look at what Internationals has to say about this. I can't think of anywhere I have seen you can prevent women from ordering badge extras.

I would look into things a bit more and maybe contact your regional person.
