We have a member of EC who is considering running again for the same position....VP3. We just finished Recruitment and our results were less than stellar, but I suppose this is besides the point. She wants to run again and many members are concerned that she'll get it b/c of experience. Is this allowed?
I beleive it's allowed to hold a position more than once, but if you are concerned about her previous performance, it should be discussed with your PP.

Use the Search, play nice, and don't make me come in there.
There is nothing that says that a sister cannot hold an office for more than one term. I've known it to happen quite a few times - especially in a small chapter.
