I saw them in concert last week and they did 2 songs from the new album. I really didn't like either. If I did't know it was them on stage I would have never guessed.
soror i have to say that i was majorly dissappointed with the new cd, me and some friends who work in the recording industry were like WHAT IS THIS MESS, ok i said it i love me some Boyz II Men but dang.
I was at the concert last week in Raleigh. Luther was also on the ticket. Bozy II Men sang several songs and they sounded great. But Luther was e x c e l l e n t. The only problem with the performance of Bozy II Men was they did not have coordination of steps. They basically sang. Luther and his back-up singers worked the crowded. To be honest, I have never care for either performer but I did buy Boyz II Men cd and I agreee - - it is horrible. You can have my copy if you like.
I am one of the biggest Boys II Men fans and will be forever. Truthfully, I never like their fast songs, ever. However, as usual, I love the ballads on the new album. My personal favorite is "I Do". So Akatude, I'm with you. Long live the "real King of R&B",ooops I forgot that title is reserved for Bobby Brown
I got the new CD. I liked it. It does not compare to II(I think very few CD's over all can) but as far as ballads goes it has a few good ones. I enjoyed Thank you in Advance, Dreams and some others. Boyz II Men Could never really dance. I saw them in concert when the were in the Land of the Pharohs (NYC) and they were OK.
