Talking Exxon gives back to community!

On the first day of the school year, teachers usually send the kids home with a long list of supplies that need to be purchased for the year. This long list consists of pencils, rulers, crayons, folders, notebooks, paper towels and liquid soap , among other things. These supplies normally add up to a lot of money.
WELL, imagine my complete surprise when I open my son's book bag to pull out the long list (with checkbook in hand)...to see a yellow form from Exxon Corporation instead. Through it's Teach the Children program, Exxon is providing EVERY student with a "sturdy, attractive book bag filled with pencils, folders, notebooks, erasers, sharpeners" etc. !!! The students will be receiving this "gift" next week. Isn't that wonderful? I was sooo happy! I placed my check book right back in my bag!
