Where is everyone?
Hi guys...
I'm from the University of Arizona. Where are you all at? We need to get out here and represent. Tell me about your chapter, what it's like...strong, weak, big house, etc. I'm curious to know how we are doing, from other Sig Kaps, of course.

Hi Shopgirl-
just showing support- my mom is a Sigma Kappa! When she went to school (Indiana State)- they were the top; then when I went to the same school- they had 10 members but recolonized and were back on top- when I went back for Homecoming after graduation- everyone loved the Sigma Kappas! I also know that they are the first sorority on our campus to ever get a house - which is a huge accomplishment.

Hey there ISU_XO!!!
Thank you so much for the report! It's always nice to hear that your sorority is doing well in other parts of the country. The Chi Omegas here at the U of A do very well. They have had the most pledges for the last several years. They also had a new house built near all the other sorority houses and it's beautiful. We use to have the largest house on campus (per sq ft) but when their new house was built they took the lead.
Again, thanks for the reply!!!

Thanks for your report too!
I did not make it quite clear in my last post- not only are they first to get a house but only 1 other sorority so far has gotten a house besides the Sigma Kappas. The other big organizations like AOPi, Pike, and XO are no where near getting a house so you must have a great housing corp and alum base at Nationals.

Shopgirl,
I am an advisor for the Sig Kaps at WKU. We're a small chapter, but we're thriving. We had a great SIR and have 9 wonderful Pearls who will be inititated on March 31. I wish there were more Sig Kaps here to chat and post!

just wanted to give an update on the universtiy of tennessee. we have about 100 girls i think, maybe more. it's a lot! we all get along great and are constantly hanging out. everyone pretty much likes us that i can tell.i have yet to hear anything bad about a sig kap sister. the frat boys respect us, which is a good thing. so it's been fun. i am so happy to be sharing such a great sorority with so many great girls all over the world!

Hi Melissa, aka SigKap
I just wanted to say hello. I'm glad to hear that your chapter is doing well. We have about 100 girls in our chapter as well, I think 101 to be exact.
Ya know, someone, somewhere on this message board actually said that U of T had the largest Sigma Kappa chapter. They gave a number around 180, but I guess that can't be. Do you have any insight on this subject? Just wondering.
LIS,
Christina

Shopgrl---you know what we could have the largest chapter? i didn't count our inactives and i know we have quite a few. i know my pledge class is missing about half because everyone is inactive. i could find out for you if you really want to know. or if anyone does! even if i have to count names on our composite i will find a way! love in the dove to all my sisters out there!

Shop girl, 100 members, 101 you think? Damn, I go to a smaller school and we had 20 or so when I was still in, depending on graduates, etc. In case your wondering, we have sigkaps at my school, so thats why I came across this thread

Hey, i am also an Alpha Delta at UT Knoxville! We have about 105 girls who all get along great! We are not the largest chapter in fact one chapter is nearing close to 200 members. They have a very large Greek school! I am pretty sure it is Auburn, because at COTS i think they won a award or something! Just thought i would drop that in! Love you all!!
In SigLuv~

I am a Sigma Kappa at Arizona State. Some of your chapter will be visiting during our recruitment this fall. Are you coming?

I would love to come help, but I can't even help my own chapter this year. I'm in the middle of moving and I'm working a lot more now. But I wish you all the best!!!
