Joe Schmo- new reality show

It debuts on SpikeTV on Tuesday- has anyone seen the previews?

I've read a bunch of articles about it, but i haven't seen the commercials yet, and i'm dying to! The guy who the whole joke is on, the "Joe Schmo" is a guy from my law school class that I know fairly well. I feel so bad for him because the show totally took advantage of him and exploited him, but at the same time, I know the show is going to be hilarious as hell.

The quick description of the show: it's supposed to be a Big Brother type show called 'Lap of Luxury'... BUT that's just what Matt, one of the "contestants" thinks... Everyone else on the show is an actor, he's the only one that thinks it's real... The whole show is about how he reacts to things.

I think a bunch of us are going to watch it at the law school Tuesday night.

Do you think this is cruel, or just good clean entertainment?

Well Spike tv is the first channel for men or so they claim(i guess to counter the lifetime chanel) lol. I think it wil be funny and so will other guys probably, I belive it is geared towards guys since it is a spike tv production.

Yes, the stoped doing country music and wanted to have a man themed channel. They thought spike was manly I guess. lol

I like watching Cops on that channel. I think its that channel.

I've seen the commercials. It might be interesting because they can create any kind of drama they want and make him react to it, whereas other reality shows have to edit the hell out of the footage to make it as juicy.

Sidenote: Spike TV also has Pam Anderson's cartoon, Stripperella.

bump.... it's on tonight from 9-11.

Heading over to a classmate's house to watch it, or maybe we'll head up to the law-school's favorite bar that's having a party for it.

Yeah I'm so excited to see it. It comes on right after "Shows I don't give a crap about" and right before "Damn the show right before blew".

I saw her on Jimmy Kimmel Live talking about the program so I thought I'd check it out. I thought it was funny too!
