windsor pilates
Does anyone out there use the Windsor Pilates Workout set?? I just ordered it the other day and am hoping I am motivated enough to actually use it! THey say its good for people who want to tone up and not necessarily shed a lot of pounds.
I'm excited to try it out cuz I just don't have time to go out to workout anymore.
Any tips of the trade you want to share??

I have it, and I love it.
I won't make you sweat or anything, but I usually do the workouts after I do some cardio. I always feel nice and relaxed afterwards, and my stomach has toned up from it too.

Have it and love it also. I suggest purchasing a yoga mat to perform the exercises on. It'll make working out a little more comfortable. My stomach and legs toned up a lot from using it. The 20 Minute Workout is wonderful if you don't have a lot of time and still want to workout.
Good luck!

Uh, yeah...I have it. I've had it for about two weeks now. The box looks nice....can't say I know anything else about it, though.

I have the set, use it and enjoy working out! I used to do Pilates with the Ana Caban tapes, but I love Winsor Pilates better!

SparkliiQTMTSU,
I think everyone will run into that problem every now and then of not being motivated to workout on their own. I know I sure do. Thankfully, my boyfriend is heavily into working out, so he'll always ask me if I worked out that day. And he notices when I start looking good from my workout and comment.

Here is the website that I bought them! There are two payment options. You could get them for two payments of $19.95 or one payment of $39.90 plus shipping and handling!

I had a guy at work tell me about pilates. I'm not sure what they are all about but isnt it like some kind of yoga stretching?

It's not really stretching -- some of it is, but most of it is like stretching with a burn to it. It works your muscles but in a less intense, longer, slower way than lifting weights does, which is theoretically why it's good for toning without building too much muscle (not that women can really get bulky muscles very easily anyway, but that's another point). It's really good for working your abs, because almost every move utilizes the stomach muscles.
