Want to try out for College Jeopardy?

@ The shows will be taped at the Lanman Center on the Yale campus and are set to air beginning November 10th here on News Channel 8.

@ The winner of the College Championship will receive a minimum $50,000 in cash and a brand new car, and a specially designed trophy.

@ Beginning August 11th, stop by any Bernie's location in Bloomfield, Southington, Orange, Manchester, Waterbury, Newington, or Waterford to pick up a ticket request form. In New Haven, stop by The Yale Book Store or Cutler's Compact Discs on Broadway next to the Yale campus.

@ News Channel 8 has also set up a hotline to give details about how you can apply for tickets to see the shows. The hotline number is (203) 784-8873.

@ College students who want to try out for the show can apply online for an interview to be held in August in New York City. Go to the official Jeopardy site for more details.
