Historical/Hysterical House Facts
Your choice. Anything interesting about the history of your actual house?
i.e. The SigEp house at Colorado State was originally built by LXA in 1941. Thanks to WWII, all greek life at CSU suspended until 1946. SigEp beat LXA to the punch in reestablishing themselves, and bought the house. A lot of customized work was done for LXA's Ritual, but was never able to be used appropriately. SigEp has been there ever since. LXA moved to another house until 1974, when it bought the AKL house, but now it's leased to Sigma Pi until LXA returns.
At UNC (Northern Colorado), LXA had 6 different houses in 4 years, one of which was an entire townhome complex off campus. Of the 6 houses, only one remains - the rest were demolished. The one remaining address LXA actually recolonized in two years ago, but have now moved into the original DTD colony house.
Etc... etc....
