I didn't know they were doing this till now. I can't really see it lasting anymore than a few years but it could be fun to watch if the NHL is on strike after next year.

I don't know about this - my beloved Hartford Whalers (R.I.P. Whale) started out in the WHA...but the cynical part of me can't see it lasting.

Who knows though - Bobby Hull's backing it, that has to mean something.
