Theme night ideas needed... BADLY!!!

Hi y'all..... I need some help... I am our chapters social chair and I am in charge of Theme night during recruitment. Our school doesnt allow us to do skits, but I have to think of an idea, come up with songs, decorations, costumes, games,etc. It is a HUGE night because the girls at the party are considering us as their home... I really think rush is going to be be big for us this year so I want theme night to blow my girls and the potential new members away. Hey!! I am a recent Alum from Phi Eta at York College. Here are several ideas we have used. We dont do skits either:

"League of Our Own"- baseball theme with cardboard cut out shirts with the founding sisters names as part of the decorations

"Luau"- decorated our house with the beach theme...got lei's and virgin dacories and pina coladas

"Club Phi Mu"- Music playing and dressed up in club clothes and had a small party like theme going

"Movie nites and ice cream socials"

"Soda Pong Tournament"- off the original game...im sure most people know the original game

I like that idea about the luau!! You can play some Jimmy Buffett or something. Although some of the songs (Get drunk and screw) may not be appropriate for rush.

actually Jimmy Buffet is a good idea we did play it at our rush....Its fun music and gets everyone relaxed....yeah that song isnt too good to play....after all we are ladies
