new SK sisters

Hi. I am forming a local sorority at my campus called Sigma Kappa Epsilon Pi (SKEPi). I am wondering for current Sigma Kappa Sisters, do you put together notebooks for your new Sisters with information about Sigma?

Also, is there any way to get offical information from Sigma for your Sisters?

our national headquarters publishes a book called Promise that each new member receives, it includes all the information about the history, symbols, and much more. However, it does not include any information about our ritual, which isn't revealed to New members until initiation.

SKEPi wouldn't be a national sorority.
Can local Sigma Kappa sororites get the book called Promise, or only national ones?

The Promise Program is printed by Sigma Kappa National Sorority Headquarters for chapters of Sigma Kappa. So it would not be available to a local sorority. I think a local wouldn't be too interested in our history. Putting together an educational program for your new members is a good idea though. It'll teach your history, what's expected of current members, and goals for the groups future.
