The site itself is still up (which who cares, there's nothing even close to remotely true or believeable on there).
BUT
The message board has been deleted from yahoo it appears. It's been gone for about a week. This was what concerned most people because it was unmoderated and no one could be held accountable because there was no identifying information needed to post, and it doesn't appear that they kept track of the IPs.
I'm guessing that after many complaints, yahoo's lawyers realized what a liability it was.
