Poll: How much does your pedicure cost?
I pay $23 with the massage chair, "quick dry" and wax
(w/o the tip).
What about you?

$25 -- same as you with the chair.
At my old BLACK owned salon in Columbus, there were various types of pedis but the cheapest and one I got was $40. I did not get it often.

Mine is also $25. I go to an Asian nail shop to get my pedicure done. Does anyone else notice that it's only the womenwho give the pedicure?

Ya'll need to come to Brooklyn- I pay $12.50 for massage chair, $15 if I get French tips. I have my own bottle of quick dry polish (why pay extra each time I go when I can buy the bottle over and over). When I did pay much more at a spa for a pedicure with my cousin one time they didn't do anything more than my Korean friends.
One day about two years ago the shop was packed and the owners husband wanted to get his wife home - since I was the last one he asked if he could do my pedicure. I was tired and hesitantly agreed. That man worked my feet and massaged my legs to a point where I almost forgot I was at a public shop and not home with my man - She wouldn't let me take him home with me and I needed a serious cigarette after that one!!

Okay! I may have to pack my bags for a pedicure. Most establishments charge $40 in my neck of the woods.

In Houston I pay $16 for massage chair, wax, and color. It's $3 more for french manicure. When I was in Louisiana it was $20 and strangly enough at home in Cali where it should be expensive, its only $14, (but that'd with no chair or wax).

Has anyone ever gotten those extensions/tips on their toes??? I saw one girl and I told her her feet looked so nice, and that I wish my feet looked like that and she said that she barely had any toenails, and that she got them to put tips on! Have you ever heard of this?

A hott mess all the way around!
Yeah, and it's a hott mess. I guess it would even become more of a hott mess to see those nubs sticking out of the sandals.

Chile please! My old roommate used to have tips on her toes. I mean they did look nice with the design and stuff but those nails were just too long for me! I can grow my own for all that!
Hot mess I tell ya!

See that's the thing...they weren't long at all, which makes me wonder how short her toenails actually were! They were really nice looking.

Heard of it?! I've DONE it!!! I broke my big toenail one day a couple of summers ago. I couldn't walk around waiting for it to grow back, so I had a tip put on it. I wouldn't care if one of the little ones broke, it's not as noticeable. But if my big one broke again, I'd do it again, lol.
It depends on where I go. When I was just at home, I would have paid $40, I think, and it was without wax. But it was FREE for me. I'm special like that. Down here, I think I paid $30 or something like that. I doubt if I can find it any cheaper, everything is so expensive here.
