Virginity Restoration Surgery
Read this very interesting article.

This is definitely a deception, but sadly sometimes its a matter of life and death.

WOW. That is really sad. Makes me appreciate the culture I have been raised in. And glad that I live and will be raising my child in the USA.

One of my High School teachers once told us of how virginity was valued in her home country. She said some women would sneak in animal blood on their honeymoon to put on the sheets because someone would come in the next morning checking for telltale signs of someone losing their virginity

Yep. I've read a few things about this in the past and apparently women soak little pieces of sponge in animal blood and insert it into their vagina as well as breaking up little pieces of glass and inserting that as well.

I think important thing to say is girls can break the hymen doing a sport or during an accident. This is very true and can happen to many girls. That should not rule if you are a virgin or not.

So that means I lost my virginity at 8 when I fell on the monkey bars. I'm such a hussy!

What about visits to the gyno (gynocologist)? We'd get a pelvic examination and that entails the doctor to put something in our vaginas to open them up and examine them. How do they explain that? Other than that, the article was very sad.

I don't know if any of you have read Chronicle of a Death Foretold by Gabriel Garcia Marquez, but the book revolves around the murder of a man accused of taking another man's bride's virginity. The 'proof,' according to the woman's brothers, was that her wedding bed was not soiled--in order to restore her honor, they had to kill the man who took their sister's virginity. But, the interesting part about the book is the chapter devoted to various folk methods of fooling a groom on the wedding night--vials of blood were often the most popular.

I don't think women in these situations go to the gyno a whole lot.

Yeesh...but wouldn't the guy kind of, you know, FEEL broken glass in the woman's woo-hoo? "What a lovely first time, dear. But why are there shards of glass imbedded in my penis?"
