Most deviant thing done on the job
What are some deviant things you done on the job-past or present?
*Played with matches
*I knew this ignorant girl who always bitched that black tables never tipped her , so as a hostess I sat ALL black people in her section.
*Sneaking and eating-from the kitchen.
*Had a shouting match with a server in front of our guests.
I can't think of more right this second...so I'll be back.

I SWEAR I've never done anything, but I sure have seen quite a lot.
Hint to y'all...NEVER piss off your waitress or waiter before all of your food is safely in front of you!

I was an officer in Auburn's student government and we didn't have a secretary full-time so I often had to type my own letters. One summer, I typed and sent a letter to all freshman parents. A few days later, it was brought to my attention that when I signed it with my name and "Director of Public Relations", I left the "L" out of "Public".

At the office...I've photocopied my butt at work.
At the bar...I've intentionally spilled beer on certain customers I don't like.

I'm a PR major, and that's like my worst nightmare! I ALWAYS make sure to proofread everything that has the words "public relations" in it

When I worked at school for my work study I worked as a campus operator. I would always hang up "accidently" on people who were getting on my nerves. I would also hang up on students ALL the time.

*hehehe the word "deviant" reminds me of my nymphomaniac Sociology professor...lol*
I've:
-hung up on annoying people
-sent a million calls to whichever secretary was annoying me the most
-when posting the mail, i've let a few into the pile w/o stamps so the mailman has to come in and bitch @ the other receptionist (i can't STAND her)
-um, played around online all day...
-used company material for personal projects (homework, reports, etc.)

My company outsources work from Dell. Dell happens to have the phone system from west central hell.
So people who get on my nerves get "transfered" to the wrong department.
I tell customers that I will wait till a live human gets on the line and I transfer them with out waiting
I've disconnected calls accidently
But my favorite thing is give the customers a fake badge number.
One night this guy was being really stupid and just being a real jerk. Keep bragging that he had like a 116 IQ or whatever. Anyway he didn't like our policies and threatened to "report" me to the CEO and asked for my badge number. I told him my badge number was 70125. It's actually the zip code to New Orleans I'm suprised that someone with his IQ didn't figure that out

Never done it, but contemplated on leaving an associate off a sale because they didn't do ANY of the work and I did all of it...but our policy is they'd still be on the sale so I still split it. But still...there comes times when you look at all the work YOU did and it makes ya frustrated that people are just free-loading off your hard work.

one summer i worked at cold stone. my last day of work i had to open with this guy brandon. we had joked about making margaritas in the ice cream machine the whole summer, so on my last day we did it. they were great, and we had a nice buzz all morning.

We have those security deactivating pads that are just giant magnets...I put someone's credit card on there because they were a serious jerk.
Also we have an internal email system (Office Vision) from 1989 or so...and if people leave it open at a public terminal I will send them a message to themselves from themselves on the merits of logging out of the system.
