Ex-Klansmen Arrested for 1963 Church Bombing

I heard on the news yesterday and read the article in the newspaper this morning about two ex-klansmen arrested for the 1963 church bombing in Birmingham, Alabama that killed four black girls. The article did not state what broke the case, but did mention that estranged relatives of the two men said they bragged about what they did. It's been almost 40 years and too long coming.

While I'm on the subject, did anyone see the documentary Spike Lee made regarding the bombing and the murders of these four little girls?

I saw the documentary a few times - it was on HBO a while back. I had heard of the incident in the past but it really hits home when you listen to people and see people who actually experienced the loss of a loved one in such an evil senseless act.
I think they probably bragged about what they did all these years and I am glad finally some justice will be served.

I saw the documentary also. It was very upsetting, but it serves as a bookmark for an event in time that should never be forgotten. Being a mother with an active church family, I can't imagine the pain of sending your children to church, and having something like that happen.
