I have been to several probates during this academic year and have visited numerous websites and have came across this term, skating, several times. I was wondering what that means ... "NO SAKTING ALLOWED" ?
SKATING IS A TERM USED WHEN A LINE OR A INDIVIDUAL DID NOT EARN THEIR LETTERS IN SOMEONE ELSE'S EYE. SIMILIAR TO THE TERM 'PAPER', IT IS NOT A NICE TERM.
