It finally happened:.After almost 3 years of chit chatting and stuh...
2 members of the Awesome Foursome FINALLY met. Soror Ideal and I, along with our around the corner Diva, CT4 had a wonderful time down here in the NO this weekend. 
I really had a great time with the sistas!
(look, I told you I was gonna do it!)

Yes I had a fantabulous vacation kicking it with 2/4 of the Awesome Foursome. We came, we saw, we laughed, we talked, we ate, we danced, etc. etc.
My flight home was upgraded to business class -- bigger seat; cup of orange juice @ an earlier time; Mrs. Field's cookies instead of peanuts and pretzels!! Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey
I saw a couple of dirty shirts as I walked through the RDU airport.

Too much fun!!!
Ladies, I enjoyed our visit immensely!! I am FINALLY home and EXHAUSTED. I won't even get into the issues I had at the airport. After I finish this and one more post, I will be going to BED!!!
New Orleans will DEFINITELY see me again!! I played with my bank today!!!!

She was a fabulous hostess and tour guide of the city as well as Mardi Gras historian.
She even was sympathetic to my burning.

I'm glad you all thought I did a great job. It really wasn't hard or anything out of the ordinary. I'm just glad everyone had a great time. I'd do it again!
Re: Mardi Gras history-I give MOST of the credit to my 8th Grade Louisiana History teacher, Mrs. Shea. I LOVEDED THAT CLASS!
