The high bidder is a Phi Mu.
She buys ALOT of Phi Mu memorabilia and historical artifacts online. I had spoken to her once and she is very determined to keep Phi Mu badges and other special stuff in the hands of Phi Mu.
I know the Phi Mu named Lucypm. She often bids on items and donates them to the national archives or gifts them to others who are members.
I think she will stop bidding on items other Phi Mu's want if they e-mail her about it...but there are some other competitors (non Phi Mu's ) who are collecting on ebay, so sometimes the well funded ones are seen buying there more often than others.
