I agree with Leslie. Every Convention, IHQ gives a Collegiate Acheievement award to the chapter that excels many different categories, but I don't think this constitutes the "best" in our organization, as many other chapters do just as well as the chapter that racks up the most points.
For those unfamiliar with Jewel Chapter, the name indicates a collegiate or alumnae chapter/club that donates at least $2000 to the Foundation. IHQ also recognizes collegiate chapters that are 5 star. To be a 5 star chapter, the chapter must excel in the following:
- Leadership
- Membership
- Philanthropy
- Scholarship
- Sisterhood
At Convention, there are many different categories recognized--from Making Quota/Total to Chapter Reporting to Overall Improvement--there's so many! The top chapters in the different areas are organized by chapter size and placed in the honor roll and then the overall category winner.
I hope this helps.
