Talk to IHQ, Province Officials, Alumni, that's what all these people are there for. They've been through the same situation, and while spicific things may be different from campus to campus, the underlieng ideas are the same if you give it a chance.
Get an extensive plan togeather for rush, First figure out SPECIFICALLY who you want to get, then think about what makes them this way, what they want, what you can give them, and where you can find them.
If you put in an honest effort at any campus, this will work.
