What Would You Name Your Kids?

I'm sure all of you guys are just 'itchin to take your places in the world as outstanding daddies (if you have not already done so).

What would you like to name your children if you had your choice of names? Here's my short list:

Boys:

1. Michael
2. Reginald, Jr.
3. Montgomery
4. Scott
5. David

Girls:
1. Sarita Monique
2. Gracia Monique
3. Ashley
4. Lucy
5. Freda

Frat - I hate to beat an old dog as the saying goes but there is already a thread about baby names. Good thing you did not post this on AKA avenue or the enforcer would say "do a search" (you know who you are)!

As I'm approaching a b-day I think I'm to old for kids. Maybe I should start a thread asking how old is to old to have kids - lol.

Anyway, for the record I like the name Ashton and would more than likely name a son after my father - Calvin. All the men in my family have the middle name Andrew.

Thanks For the Info, Professor :)

That sounds cool, Professor. I agree: "Let's not beat an old dog"

I often try to do the searches, but I keep coming up empty. Is the search engine based on Boolean expressions or is simply "anything goes"?

Thanks again, okay.

PS. Calvin....that's a nice name too.

Are you serious - who names their kid Calvin these days. I would only do it because my wild brother has five girls. If I had a son, my dad would be the happiest grandfather in the world!

I like the name Calvin.

Jamal to answer your question about searching, i.e. names and baby. . .we have tons of threads on names in GC -- the good, the bad, and our favorite: THE GHETTO!!

Smile

For a boy I like Taron, for a girl Marissa or, De'ja. My three year old cousins name is De'ja and I think that she is so beautiful with a beautiful name.

Nice names, Soror.

Since I plan to adopt, I haven't really thought of boys' names.

For girls, I like:

1. Alexandra.
2. Cecile.
3. Marina.

Did anyone see Ma Dear's Family Reunion by Tyler Perry - when the girl said Calvined I laughed like crazy. Ma Dear says "How do you put an "ED" on Calvin - I can't wait to use it on my dad.
