Pop ups on GC

Am I the only one who is having problems with popup windows on GC. Also noticing alot of words are hightlighted and when you run the mouse over it, then ads appear.
Example of highlighted words--- Risk Management forum-- when I pass over "Risk Management" then an add for car insurance appears.
