Problems with Firefox

So I use Firefox as my browser and about three days ago I started having a problem with my home computer where it cannot access cnn.com (which is my home page). It is only my laptop that has this problem and cnn is the only website I cannot access. I scanned in safe mode for both viruses and spyware/adware and got nothing (except cookies).

I am at a total loss and can't figure out what is going on. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

did you try uninstalling and reinstalling firefox? do you have the most recent firefox version?

one of my favorite features is how the address bar uses google's "i'm feeling lucky" so you don't need to type actual addresses so if you want to go to cnn.com you just type in cnn or your own name or whatever...it's really cool.

also the plugins are awesome for searching.
