Whoberg????
Grambling and the Saints? Only for their colors and because Eddie Robinson was former coach of GSU. Otherwise, it's just a Lousiana thang.
NFL: Ravens--strong defense will prevail
NCAA: Florida, V. Tech, Oklahoma, Washington, Nebraska

WITTENBERG TIGERS!!!!!!! Go Witt!!
dirtymike1906 & AKA2D, y'all know better!
I'm not a big football fan. But, as far as the NFL, being the Clevelander that I am, I have to go with the Browns. After that, it would have to be the Ravens, who are only recycled Browns.

Sorry Ideal--nobody in Cleveland has won anything in over a hundred years. The mistake by the lake is full of awful teams.
Believe me, this year's team will be more of the same. They'll win maybe 2-5 games. And once they start winning, they always trade all the good players away.

Sorry to shannieglass and AKA2D '91, BUT...
IT IS ALL ABOUT THE GARNET AND GOLD OF FLORIDA STATE!
And nobody BETTA say nothing about no Hurricanes or no Sooners, I am still a little tender about that!
I know everyone is hating this year but we will see all y'all in the BCS championship...
And don't forget about FAMU, they come through every year in the MEAC.
NFL? Probably the Dirty Birds from the ATL (hey, I can wish can't I?) or the Jags.

I am loyal to my hometeams. I am NOT a fairweather fan. I will NOT "root" for a team only because they are winners. The Browns have always been a losing team. But they still had one of the LARGEST fan bases, so I know I'm not alone in my loyalties. Don't start jockin' when we become winners! We don't wantcha! LOL!
And how you gon' say a HUNDRED years?? The Indians were JUST the BOMB less than 5 years ago!!! And you did NOT call it the mistake on the lake?! You are only a hop, skip, and a jump away from that "mistake" yo'self!! So there.
Back to your regularly scheduled thread.
