Question Question about computer message

I am trying to lisen to an internet radio station and I am getting a message that says "Server bandwith exceeded." When I finally get it to play, about an hour later it will bust out with that message again and won't play. Is that message pertaining to my connection or to the radio station's? Thank ya much!

OK, I could be wrong, but I think it would be the radio stations server (maybe there is an overload of traffic on their site?)
