Before figuring out what programs to present, you need to figure out what "risks" your chapter faces, and what your members need to be educated about.
People don't want to hear the same thing every year so variety is nice. Talk to last year's president and ask her what was the most common issue referred to Standards, look at safety issues on your campus.
What are the campus crime statistics like? You could have a member of campus security come over and talk about reducing risks when out after dark. (Self defense workshops that are essentially advertisements for pepper spray are NOT, repeat NOT encouraged or advised.... instead have people from a martial arts talk about self defense)
Do your members have to drive a long distance when going home? If so, you could do a "car care workshop"
Several chapters do a risk management topic of the month and put up posters with subjects like date-rape, eating disorders, binge drinking... there is a LOT you can do.
Good luck!
