I can't buy this--I live overseas--I have contacted International and am hoping that this pin can be rescued. I have a sneaking suspicion that the seller is the owner. the seller's name is Jill Swanda and the initials engraved onthe pin are JGS. If that is true, I am very disappointed in her.
I tried sending this message to her yesterday but her e-mail is diabled.
Hi Jill,
Just a quick question...Is this your own pin? If you are or know the owner of
this pin, are you or is that person aware that pins are the property of Alpha
Phi Fraternity and should be returned to the Fraternity upon death or
termination of association? As a loyal member of the Alpha Phi I find it
disturbing to see material belonging to the Fraternity up for bids.

I'm going to try again later.
oh--and the $300-- as if she didn't already get enough from Alpha Phi, and now wants to make a profit! LOL
I'm sure tyoregon will swoop in at some point and snap up the badge. He gets most of the Alpha Phi badges on ebay. I won ONE badge that he was bidding on -- heh.
