The awesomest thing you saw on TV...
On TWoP (and I know some GCers are TWoPers) this girl that recaps the Real World does this hilarious thing where she breaks from the recap to tell about the awesomest thing she saw on TV that week. I read the RW recap SOLELY because of that and it is always hilarious. So I thought I could start a thread where we can tell the awesomest thing we saw on TV because we are hilarious too. K. I'll start.
Today on Lifetime there was this movie called Locked Up: A Mother's Rage. It had this lady that looked like Cheryl Ladd (but I don't know if it was her), and Angela Bassett (so already you know it will be awesome because Angela Bassett owns).
Anyway, Cheryl Ladd's twin knows this dude that sells drugs and he sells some to an undercover. Well the dude blames CL's twin and she gets arrested and the dude does too, only he agrees to testify against her and gets parole. Well she gets convicted and gets 15 to life.
In jail she meets this chick named Yo Yo and Angela Bassett. At first Angela bullies her and steps on her hand. But then one time while CL's twin was on the phone and Angela tried to come snatch it, CL was all "I'm in for 3 felonies so I am a bad b!tch!" So after that Angela respects her and they become friends.
Well the fact that CL's twin is in jail is ruining her sister, Jean Smart's life because CL's twin had three kids and they had to go live with Jean Smart. It broke up her marraige and then her car broke down and her husband started cheating on her, so she is like way stressed and chain smoking and stuff.
Then CL's twin's son turns gangsta and starts cursing and smoking and her daughter (who was the annoying shaky girl on Jurassic Park) takes a whole bottle of aspirin and goes to the hospital but she's okay.
So in jail, CL's twin meets this one chick who tells her she should try to get clemency from th governor. She does some research and gets people to write letters to the governor. They all do and she gets clemency and at the end her kids are all back to normal and Jean Smart is back with her husband. Yay!
