spoiled kids...

i just went with my lil bro so buy him letters since he just got initiated. we decided to get matching letters and start a family tradition since he is my first little. he picked out some nice shit, and wanted extra embroidery on it. i was like, sure go for it. it ended up costing me $140 for 2 sweatshirts. i was like damn. i can tell that i will have spoiled kids when i grow up. i know i am going to be the parent who cannot say no.

If you think that's tough, wait until you have your first grandbaby.

Dang you're generous! I woulda been like...sorry I just cannot foot the bill! But then again sweatshirts usually run 60 bucks on up so you didn't do too bad! Hope he continues the tradition and doesn't wimp out when it's his turn to foot the bill!

Yeah.... Toys are soo much fun to buy. I went to Toys R Us to get a present for my boyfriend's daughter and had to rip myself out of the store. They still sell skip-its!!!

I was at Carlton Cards the other day and saw that Care Bears are back! If I had kids, I'd probably buy them the whole collection. I guess it's a good thing I don't have kids.

I wonder if my original Care Bears are worth anything. Probably not considering they're all worn and have missing body parts.

I know what you mean. . .

My friend has a little girl that I was asked to be her godmother. Every weekend after I'm done babysitting kids, I go and get her. We go shopping and buy her a new outfit every weekend. People always think she's my daughter because she's 1/2 Puerto Rican. She has eyes the same shape as mine plus identical dimples(don't ask me how that happened). And they say, 'Oh, you're daughter is so cute.' I don't say anything because she IS my goddaughter.

A couple of times, her mom refused to let me have her because she didn't want me spending all of my money on her.

You haven't been to Target, have you? Oh goodness! Carebears, Strawberry Shortcake, they're all coming back. One night at work after closing, some of us were reminiscing about the good ol' days. Glow Worms, Kid Sister, Rainbow Brite, Bozo the Clown, The Mickey Mouse Club, Kids Incorporated, Double Dare, Punky Brewster, My Little Pony, Fraggil Rock, Dumbo's Circus, Eurekas Castle.......
