Anyone else applying for Alpha Affiliate?

I looked at it once.. My GPA not even high enough -- had too much fun in my first few years of school. The Regent advised me to apply for the "Talent of the Year" for my fiddle playing... (we played together at the religious service at Grand Chapter).

Is GPA that huge of a requirement?

Am i wasting my time applying with my 2.5 then?

When I was at GC all the folks applying had some pretty amazing credentials. You never know though. The Regent told me to apply for "Talent of the Year" so I'm heading in that direction
