Amazing lists of IU "deaths" of chapters

The last part of the article lists all of the chapters at IU dying recently, and it is amazingly long for a pretty strong GLO system.

Especially with Indiana being just an hour down the road from Indianapolis -- where a huge majority of GLO's have their international headquarters.

Am I blind? I just looked at the link and see no such list.

The IU greek system isnt really dying, its just changing.

Unfortunately, some of the chapters here refuse to understand that, and...they pay the consequences.

All of the fraternities that have been kicked off of campus recently will be returning.
Some are even still here, lurking underground recruiting members until they regain recognition from their National HQ.

At first I was upset at how the university was handling discipline in the greek system. In many cases I STILL am (especially how they have been invading parties, arresting people).

However, with GLOs being under attack all over, I think that it is time for us to focus and get back to our roots. Some of the rules, especially those involving alchohol/drug abuse and hazing, need to be adhered are necessary for our survival.

With all of the organizations that have been removed by the university or their HQ over the past 3 years, I dont know if I disagree with the university in any of the situations.

yeah delta chi is really tought on risk management right now, and will continue to be in the future, because nationals believes that incidents like this are whats causing the decline of the greek system. Its a shame to see this happen to another chapter, I hope the best for them.
