Question can siblings join different sororities

My sister is a member of a different sorority than the one I would like to pledge... she has always been a role model for me and I dont want to hurt her and the rest of her friends who expect me to pledge that certain sorority...My question is can siblings be in different sororities? Or is there a rule that doesnt allow it... I would ask members from my college but I dont want to jeopardize my chances of getting into the sorority of my choice if it isnt allowed...

Can siblings attend different colleges? YES

I know quite a few folks who have a sister who is an AKA but they are a Delta.

I know of IDENTICAL TWINS -- one is a Zeta and one is a Delta.
