Despite my harsh words to a few people on here, I'm breaking my word and have decided to post on here this one time.

I've seen how some of you are upset with your bodies. I know this time of year is hard on many of you being as spring break is right around the corner.

I'm taking this term off and got a job working for an investment firm. I'm a personal trainer in the health and fitness center in one of our buildings, as is my roomate.

Now James, forgive me if my spelling is a little off as I have just returned from Happy Hour at the Ale House. I saw how you think, as do your peers, that you're getting fat. A more nicer term would be pudgy. Might I suggest, this goes for the rest of you as well, testing out Clembueterol. It is designed specifically to burn the fat from your body. It raises your body temp a few degrees, you might feel like you have a slight fever while on it but thats because it's burning the fat from your body. For guys it cuts you up.

The side effects of using Clem, as I call it, are what I call the shakes. It's kinda hard to go to sleep on it if you take it too late in the day. For some people it does make your hands shake and for others it has no side effects.

If you do decide to use it, only take it for 2 weeks at a time. Afterwards, wait 2 weeks and then do another 2 weeks cycle.

For most people you only need to use it once, one 2 week cycle.

And James, if you need some help inorder to get fit just send me an email. Tell me what your goals are and I'll come up with a plan that'll have you back on top by the middle of March for spring break. If i recall correctly, the last time we spoke I was at 230 pounds or somewhere around it. I caught mono during the fall and went back down to 190 pounds. After I was over the sickness I started back with my plan in early November. Now I'm almost at 245. I'm about to use Clem myself. That'll cut me up and shred my body, I'm doing it for 8 weeks until spring break.

Since clem does burn fat I'll probably go down to 240 and end up looking like a damn monster when everything is said and done. But then again there's always the factor that I might still gain weight. If I do it's no biggie, I'm 6'4.

If you do send me an email or PM be sure to include your height. I have a lot of ideas for you, my friend.

That’s Clenbuterol; it might be a good idea to know how to spell something before you suggest that someone go on a cycle.

Well I guess this answers the question about whether or not UF would be banned, LOL.

I guess this DOESN'T answer the question about how he feels about that whoel debacle that occured a few months back.

Oh well. We can't get everything we want, lol.

See, those chicks that claimed they went to so and so and spoke to an ex of mine had some wrong information. That person, I was told, sent an email out to every girl in delta gamma at UF. I guess she got their email adresses from their web site. It has every girls email and most telephone numbers. The funny things was that she sent a very nasty email telling all the ladies that I'm a freak, pervert, said I claimed I've screwed every girl in their sorority and whole bunch of other crapp. Turns out though, she didnt have my last name but did have a pic of me. Some girls thought it was funny because they thought the alumni was wierd, not I. At least thats what my current girlfriend says. Some thought it was kinda creepy that an alumni from another sorority would come to them the way she did. I dunno nor do I care.

However, what she did has caused some b!tching back and forth between an ex of mine and my current. I had a real bad breakup last spring. My then girlfriend ended up getting pregnant and decided to deal with it without caring what i had to say about it.
Needless to say it was a pretty messy when we ended things. I think the fact that I almost killed her current boyfriend at the florida georgia game has also made her all the more bitter to me. She talks a lot of $hit about me to her sisters and my lady. It's one big soap opera. Sometimes it gets aggravating having to deal with that crapp. So if she did talk to my ex, well, she has the right to believe what she wants. I'm friends with all of my ex girls except 1. Just because she's in a sorority and is hot doesnt mean she can't be a crack head. That girl did more drugs than I. With that said, it didn't phase me when that $hit hit the ceiling. I expect that chick to say only bad things about me. I'm not going to argue and go into more detail about the situation......but I'm sure many of you have a dreaded ex like I do.

With that all said, coming on this site defending myself would not have done me any good. All it would have been was a he said/ she said ordeal. I left after realizing the kind of people that are on this board. Not all people on here are like that chick, but many I realized absolutly have no kind of life. Yet I do give some of the people here props since many have said they use this site for informational purposes. I thought it was kinda creepy that she ended up taking things to an extreme like that. Personally I think she's mental. That chick was so obssesed with me. Girl has some serious problems and really needs therapy. But then again those people from Miami aren't right in the head anyhow. When we first started having our problems I was somewhat flattered that she payed so much attention to me, as well as the others I got under their skin. Eventually I realized she might not be all there in the head and definetly has a few screws missing. So, I knew I didnt need to prove anything to anyone on this site and so I bailed. I came back this time because of several reasons. A few people kept emailing me asking if I was Imthechamp and 2 other people. I b!tched out a few who emailed me but then realized it's not their fault, too many people try to be like me.

So now after leaving the peeps of this site for awhile, taking this semester off, getting my body in top condition for easy pu$$y week, I have graced you people yet again with my essence.

And libra, I was rolling down 95 south the other day listening to some Nelly. I saw some chicks from Tally and thought about you...

Next time I'm there I'll hit you up.

gee Hootie, that would be really weird and kinky and gross and messed-up and silly and stuff - God knows there aren't any guys out there that like the penis.

Especially not a huge proportion of the population, like 11% at least.
