To me Sigma Alpha mean sisterhood first and fore most. If it wasn't for our sisters we wouldn't have the support we all need personally and professionally.

Friendship is also pert of that. My big sis takes me shopping on a bad day, sets me up on a blind date after I break up with my boyfriend, and of course eats ice cream with me!

Sigma Alpha also means networking. Meeting sisters and helping each other in careers and other professional matters. We all know that women in agriculture are viewed as a minority, it is sisters that help us. Through internships, jobs, and proofing your resume at 2 am because you have the biggest interview of your life at 10!

Thats what Sigma Alpha means to me!
