BROTHERS,WHAT IS YOUR CHAPTER DOING TO CARRY OUT THE LEGACY OF DR. KING?EVEN IF IT'S SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS GOING TO CHURCH TOGETHER,OR HAVING A MEAL,EVERY CHAPTER SHOULD DO SOMETHING.TRY TO INVOLVE THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY.
I JUST RETURNED FROM A ANNUAL MEMORIAL BREAKFAST,IT WAS WONDERFUL.THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY CAME OUT FOR IT.WHAT EVER YOU HAD I HOPE IT WAS A SUCCESS.

Frat,

You are correct. There are small things that we can do to promote the frat including showing strength in numbers by attending some of the holiday events. My Chapter, Phi Lambda, participants in a morning service at the monument to Brother King every year. We had a large number of Brothers support the event and then did our highway clean-up project.

Additionally, several Brothers had major roles in organization the over-all activities and spoke at various events. I was happy to see my frat represent.

For the Brothers that sat at home I ask you to give more thought to your actions next year.
