Ok, this is a really random question, but it's something I need to know!
I know it's really important to drink lots of water a day, and that you can get your daily water from sources other than directly drinking water... for example eating an apple that usually has water in it. (I think.. hehehe

)
Anyway.. does drinking Koolaid, or even lemonade count as drinking water? Technically it's water, but it just has some sugar and flavoring mixed in it?
