http://www.seo-ny.org/ has one of the best programs for anyone that's a minority. It didn't apply to me, but my best friend did it and really liked it a lot.
I'd say look on monstertrak.com and your university's career office. Also go to the library and there are large books with internship programs you can apply to. Sometimes it also makes sense to find out what you want to do, see which employer are in that field, and just get contact info for them and get busy sending out your resume.
Last summer, I applied to over 100 internships, interviewed with probably 50 firms, and got offers from 3 firms. Don't give up.
