As frustrating as it was the past two days, it was a great time

The Clarion Golden Expressions Winterguard has over one minute of routine for previews! (Hah, we did it!)

Granted we didnt use a normal size gym, its a half gym at an airforce base... and some of that time we were using half of that... but no one got smacked and were good...

Anyone else preparing for winterguard? (aka, anyone else in pain at the moment after not having spun for a few months?! - For me it was since Nov)

We've been practicing for about a month now, teaching/reviewing technique and such, and we started choreography a week ago. We probably have about 30 seconds. And it's only that much because it's an add-on feature!

I'm more in pain from the stretching than anything else, but it's because you have to stretch different muscles for guard then you have to stretch for normal dancing. Plus, my gloves are on back-order and my ones from last season are DEAD. Tossing quads on that sabre has really started to hurt!
