Better yet...when you have to beg your mama to send you gas money so you can drive YOURSELF from FL to PA...in a raggedy a$$ car, with no spare tire, no air, and you have no cell phone! Dang mama....couldn't even put me up on the Auto Train!

you, rather I had to prioritize my spending to make sure I had $10.00 put on the side to fill my gas tank to make it home.

( NO riders at the end of the semester, I had too much stuh to bring home.)

-Everyone stops stylin and profilin and comes to school in jeans and tees

From a student perspective

1. When just passing is fine with you.
2. When you have already figured out what your going to do with your book money.
3. When all the people who have flunked out/withdrawn are starting to leave.
4. When you see trucks/suv's parked backwards on the grass loading stuff up.
5. When its past the last day to drop and you start hitting class hardcore.

From a teachers perspective

1. When the little things that use to bother you don't.
2. When its obvious that these are someones else's children all day everyday for two months.
3. When you become the nicest teacher on campus (when they need extra credit)
4. When all those little student feuds manifest into fights.
5. When you realize you will miss some of these kids!
6. When you SNAP back into reality and roll over and hit the snooze button!

When you ask all your teachers can you take your test with the graduating seniors just so you can go home a FEW days earlier. I figure if I don't know it by now then a few days ain't gonna help me none.

When everytime you wash you decide whether to hang it up in case you may wear it or you put in in your suitcase.

When you just stop caring. I don't go out on a regular but towards the end of the semester I just let it all hang out.

When you start eating in the cafe on a daily basis because you have no more MONEY and you have exhausted all of your resources.

When you start thinking in terms of I have nine days and a wake up before I go home.

You know it's the end of the semester when you find stupid excuses not to study (ex. my pencil is not sharpened, too hot, too cold, i have to clean my room first, etc.)

LOL, thats funny. I don't do that when its time to go home but when the summer is coming to an end and my mother is working my nerves.

The main hangout spot on campus is completely empty.
NOWorNEVER, here's another one to add to your list; your study breaks are longer than your study sessions (solo or group)
If at home studying, you try to call people you haven't spoken to in a long time to se how they're doing and you tell them ALL that you're on a "short" study break.
When you're in class, you're counting down the minutes until the class ends.
Procrastination becomes one of your daily activities.

It's the end of the year at GSU when...

All the greeks start "coming out" and having probates two weeks before finals.

When people just stop coming to class...especially when you know you are not going to pass it.

When people just stop coming to class period because it's the end of the semester. I'm guilty of this!!

The line at the bookstore is 10 million miles long...then you get up there to sell the book only to hear, "we're not buying that back right now". DAMN!

When all you hear people talking about is what they're taking for either May-mester or summer school.

When you spend 20 minutes in class filling out evals for your professors. You want to give me a bad grade? Revenge is mine!

When people are saying "I'ma do better next semester"...okay, you've been saying that for quite a few semesters now

When people come to my office (Dean of Students) trying to recieve a hardship withdrawl for reasons other than a death in the family, illness, etc. This is what I heard just this week: "I need to get a hardship because I wasn't able to go to class because the time wasn't good for me and I missed the midterm and most of the tests and I can't have my GPA get all messed up so can you help me get one of those?" Ummm...no
