Quiet? I wish I could be quiet. Speaking for myself I have been extremely busy.
I don't visit the board like I would like to do. Wish I had the time.
I am working 2 jobs (teacher and part-time seasonal sales). I am in school. I am an officer in my chapter. I work with the girl scouts and boy scouts with my children. I was the VP of the PTA at my kids' school but I recently gave that up.
So just speaking for myself... I have been busy being about Greater Service, Greater Progress.
that is why I haven't been here.
NinjaPoodle and Serious Sigma, have you all heard from John regarding being a moderator.

LOL, I was just saying I missed all the sisterly advice about dating and the cute little antedotes about when something happens in yall sisterhood because of how close you all are because of the size, although I am rolling my eyes because its still an awful lot of yall. I figured the Sigma ladies would be out and about theirs on the holidays. Well, much love and respect to you all for just continually making me smile reading y'all's posts. And I just want to add that I really mean this, I am not an interest or anything but I have so much love for Sigma as an organization so you all stay up and sweet.

Me too!!!!
Greetings all!!! I agree with Serious Sigma and NinjaPoodle. I have been very busy since Thanksgiving, but I have been readings posts. This is off the current topic, but I think it is interesting the different types of topics that you find on the historically white GLO sites versus the NPHC sites. Theirs seem to focus on chapter stuff while ours seems to be more about everyday life stuff. Just my thoughts!!

Well hello all!
I too have been busy. Final projects (I'm in art school), looking for a new job, SGRho related events, boyfriend, ice skating, looking for a new job..oh wait, I said that already ,etc..however I do check the GC board often but just don't have a lot of spare time right now to post any of the silly drama going on in my life.
For the most part, it's that time of year, crunch time as I like to call it, to get to crackin and finish the year out on a strong note.
I would like to wish everyone a safe holiday season.
Happy Kwanza
Merry Christmas
Happy Chaunakkah
Happy Soltice (sp?)
If I missed any other special holiday forgive me.
Soror BlueReign, sent you an e-mail

Ha! Ha!
Sorhors and friends of Sigma,
Ninjapoodle, I thought that I was busy! Girl you better slow down! Anyway, I just realized that I'm spending a lot of time just keeping organized. And I agree with Sigmadiva, we do talk about everyday life verses chapter events. Sorhors and friends we all need to take some quality time for self. So my advice to one and all is to do the follow: slow your roll !
