Thumbs up sigmas update

for those wondering or not about the mtv ladies at sigma alpha epsilon pi...they seem to be just fine.
according to their web site, they initiated 14...and had what appeared to be quite the formal at the san diego zoo.
good on you ladies...

Cool!! I'm glad to hear that! Ya know, even though the show left a lot to be desired, I do want to see the Sigmas do well. They certainly work hard at it.

They had their formal at a zoo?

-->Obviously proving how non-California-savvy I am.

But whatever... I'm really happy they're doing well. It takes some strength in a young org to hold on like that after all the crap they went through with MTV, et al. Best wishes to all the Sigmas out there.

Talking Go Them!

I have never heard of formals at the San Diego Zoo. But it's not unusual for there to be a Homecoming dance or Prom at SeaWorld!

Does anyone have their website available? You know what they say about curiosity and the cat...

I'm jealous! I think a formal at the zoo would be awesome. The atmosphere makes the event.

Best of Luck to SAEPi. Glad to see MTV didn't completely distroy their sisterhood.

Did anyone read the 'Sisters Statement' under 'News' I thought it was well done. Kinda makes me think what their motives really were. Maybe it wasn't so bad after all. By that, I mean chosing to air their sorority unmentionables on national tv. They sound as if they really thought it out... bad mtv maybe???

The formal was actually held at the Sacremento zoo, not the San Diego zoo. They did come to San Diego State to help initiate members into the chapter down here.
