We had our E-board elections tonight

We just had our E-board elections and I was elected Scribe and I think we are going to have a great time next semester. This will be my first time serving on E-board and I am so excite. I feel that I represent Phi Sig to the best and now I get to be a officer. I was also elected secretary for Panhellenic Council. I just want to say good luck and congratulations to all the chapters during E-board elections.

Good luck Vice is actually harder than Archon in my opinion STAY ON TOP OF YOUR COMITTEES !! if you have new girls who are breaking into leadership as committee heads make sure you let them know exactly what their responisbilities are after they are elected I know I was kinda lost when I took on my committee and how everything thing worked between E-board and Committees and all that good stuff !!

Congratulations to all the new eboard members.

I agree with Glitter that I think the Vice Archon job is harder then the Archon's job at least in my experience when I was Archon.

As for suggestions. I would say hold an E-council retreat and go over everyone's position with them. Review the manuals for each position. Even if they have served in that committee before its very different to be the chairperson and they definitely need to read through the manual. Also, ask them what they hope to acheive as the new chairwoman of the position. If the old Committee head is still available or any old alum that held the position maybe have them all meet sometime just to discuss what they did and what worked and didn't work.
