2 VSU fraternties caught on tape vandalizing another fraternity

Saw this in the school paper. Wonder to what extent the 2 caught on tape fraternities will get into trouble with the school, nationaly, and in legal terms.

Oct. 9

Around 1:36 a.m., there was a report of criminal trespass at the Sigma Nu house, in which there was a broken window discovered. A recovered video tape showed members of Kappa Sigma and Pi Kappa Phi fraternities throwing paint and eggs at the Sigma Nu house; several vehicles in the back of the house were also hit with eggs and paint.

Let's see...criminal trespassing, criminal damage to property, burglary (if anything was taken),...

Unfortunately, there isn't a law against stupidity.

It was smart of Sigma Nu to video tape it. there is no denying that evidence. TKE had to put some video equipment up to at one point last year because we had a rash of composites being stolen.
