Not for sure if we are colonizing there . . . my advice would be to just ask around. I was going to try to get a colony started at ETSU but never got any responces from e-mails. Today, I found out there is a group, Sisters in Music, that is an interest group. WIsh I would have known so I could have been helping them. I'll be going back to UTK next semester but hopefully my chapter will still be able to help them out. Anyways, point is, your best bet is to ask the School of Music's office. They should know if SAI is colonizing because it has to be approved by the director. Hope this helps!
