GC sending me email notices

My email inbox is full because this site is sending me notices everytime someone posts on a thread that I reply. I clicked no on that option in my user cp, but it's not working. How do I make it stop any other way?

you need to go to your UCP and UNSUBSCRIBE from all former threads.

And to stop the e-mails completely...

in the user control panel, click no on this option...

Use 'Email Notification' by default?
Using this option emails you whenever someone replies to a thread that you have participated in.
