Hard Knocks

So I really try to avoid watching shows that I'll know I'll be hooked on!! But anyway, I just watched this Saturday (LOVE IT), anyway, why is Dallas's coach a punk? Can he stand up to Jerry and coach his way? Jerry was working my nerves! Doesn't he have other businesses to run?

I haven't watched it this season. I was more into it last season when they featured Baltimore.

Dave Campo cannot stand up to Jerrah. That's why Jerrah hired him. I was listening to Skip Bayless, who was substituting for Jim Rome on his talk show last week, and basically Bayless called Campo Bo Bo Da Fool or something like that.

Jerrah, I suspect, just can't work w/standup coaches such as Jimmah Johnson, Barry "Warden" Switzer and Tom Landry.

First of all ladies, realize that there is a structure in ALL places of employment. BOSS commands employee. Employee stands up to boss. Employee becomes unemployed!! Get it. If you want to be the Head coach of the Dallas Cowboys, You must learn to take your hits from Jerrah (steel strap). HE IS THE BOSS. HE PAYS THE BILLS!

My point is not who pays the bills, we know that. My point is why doesn't Jerry let his coaches, coach?

Understand that it's Jerry who takes the risk as an owner. It's basically HIS investment. If you had an investment or business wouldn't you like to oversee every aspect of it? OF COURSE you would!! I'm not saying that He should always be involved in the coaching. (the reason you hire a coach is to coach the team) But I understand.
