Homecoming

We just got done with Homecoming last week, and I started wondering what traditions other campuses had for the week? We have both Greeks and Residents halls competing in Homecoming games: Chariot race, Tug 'O War, Skin the Snake, Chants, Lip Synch and Banner competition. Partners usually wage mini "war's" on each other's houses, usually involving a lot of TP, but it's all in good fun. What traditions do you have at your scool?

Homecoming week here involved ALF, Autumn Leaf Festival or Annual Liquor Festival as it's known around campus. In a small town when they set up a festival (LOTS of food vendors) in the town square it's noticable. A lot of professors cancel classes because most people skip anyhow and the majority of the campus spends the weekend (from wed or thursday on) in a state of intoxication. OX always destroys their float on their front lawn after the parade and PSK has a pig roast after the game.
