I had the Pleasure of working with my Chapter this weekend trying to work out many irons in the fire!
We as Alums, Actives, and New Associates discussed many things, the one that stuck in my dementid mind is the one about Race!
They all agreed that yes we do have members of not only in our chapter but Internationual members of every Race and Religion in !
We have Recruited, no matter what Race or Religion!
If We as GLOs try to recruit people of ethnaticity and religion, are we then found wrong for going against THEIR PEOPLE?
This does and has happened on our campus!
If you are a certain Race or Religion, then YOU SHOULD NOT JOIN!
This was brought up by not a Newbie but # 61 at our lunch break!
I had No Answer but to repeat what I have been learning on GC Site!
Yes We are are all different but when you become a member of a Org. You are a member for life!
Some of the things on GC get offensive.
When someone tells me I am whatever, I think of My Brothers.
Johnny O, India. Rodney, African-American, Butch Cass, Jewish.
They are My Brothers and will always Be My Brothers!
Please People, Get Over YOUR Self Importance!
We as Greeks are the biggest Minority on Campus!
Whether you be an GLO< BGLO<MLTGLO or what ever!
We Live Or Die Together!
Self Importance is underwhelming!
Greeks Of Any Kind!
